Melodie Bridgeman
Melodie is co-founder of the Ponterre Group and brings more than 10 years of
municipal community development and grant writing experience to the company.
She previously worked as a Neighborhood Specialist for the City of Minneapolis
Neighborhood Revitalization Program, a Project Manager for City of Saint
Paul Department of Planning and Economic Development and the Vacant Properties
Coordinator for the City of San Diego.
In addition to her government experience, Melodie was
a project manager for Sherman Associates, an award winning,
for-profit real estate development company specializing
in mixed-use urban redevelopment. Melodie’s successes
include raising over $50 million in local, state and
federal grants, loans and tax credit equity. Several
of her projects have been recognized nationally for excellence
in design, innovation and results. Melodie holds a Bachelor
of Arts in Sociology and International Relations from
the University of Minnesota (1992).

Becky Landon
Becky is co-founder of the Ponterre Group. Becky works with for-profit and
non-profit developers, as well as public agencies such as Hennepin County and
MHFA, to coordinate the complex financing required to make affordable housing
happen. Prior to consulting, Becky worked as a financial analyst for Springsted
Incorporated, a public finance advising firm. In this position she worked with
cities, counties, school districts and other municipalities in areas such as
municipal bond finance, financial feasibility, credit analysis and debt issuance.
Previously, Becky served as a housing development officer
for the MN Housing Finance Agency, first in the single-family
division and then in the multi-family division. Becky
holds an MBA from the University of Saint Thomas (2002)
and Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the Southwest
State University (1993). She has been certified as a
Housing Development Finance Professional by the National
Development Council.

Heidi Rathmann
Heidi joined Ponterre Group in 2005 and brings experience
working with governmental, non-profit, and for-profit
entities. Heidi worked most recently at Greater
Minnesota Housing Fund (GMHF) designing new affordable housing and community
planning programs for greater Minnesota communities. Prior to GMHF, Heidi
worked at Mercy Housing in Seattle, WA where she was
responsible for overseeing the
development of affordable housing projects.
Previous to her experience with Mercy Housing, Heidi
was the Housing Finance Coordinator for the Dakota County
Community Development Agency (CDA). At the CDA, Heidi
was responsible for public financing functions including
the suballocation of low-income housing tax credits and
issuance of tax-exempt bonds in addition to securing
and closing on the financing for the CDA’s affordable
housing developments. Heidi has a BA in Business Administration
(1996) and a MA in Urban Studies (1999). She has been
certified as a Housing Development Finance Professional
by the National Development Council.

Jordana Whyte
Jordana joined Ponterre in 2007 after our success and
growth identified a need for a grants researcher and
writer with diverse professional experience. A
background in critical analysis gives her a keen eye for the research, evaluation
and writing involved in the complete private and public sector grants process.
Her most recent projects include over $275,000 in successful grants awarded.
She also provides other funding application support with a focus on narrative
composition. Jordana also helps with the business development side of Ponterre
Group. She received a Bachelor of Arts in Cultural Studies and Comparative
Literature from the University of Minnesota (1999).
